RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of arrival as predicted by the shipping company. Customers are responsible for paying the shipment fee and packaging and will be refunded upon arrival to me. Customer will need to upload receipt of shipping and packaging fees to be eligible for a refund on the returned product. They will also receive a discount code as a show of gratitude up to 25% off any item.
- Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt of their product.
- If the customer would like a replacement item, it will be free of cost minus the additional shipping fee (liable to change with the economy). The shipping fee for the stickers is 1$ and for the shirts and totes it is $5. These products are carefully curated and supervised by me, Jubilee Cabellon, to ensure the customer is happy with the product before design and shipment..
- Customers may request a refund or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this, you may place a dispute to facilitate a return or exchange. You can also email itskindacatchyshoppe@outlook.com

- Jubilee Cabellon is not liable to match sale price should a sale occur after original purchase.
